We sell Case Packs which may be 12 pieces of one design per case pack of Small and Medium size stuffed toys and 2 to 6 pieces per case pack for Larger stuffed animals. Browse our current case pack specials for great bargains on stuffed animals and plush toys for all ages.

We can grant net terms or we can accept advance payment by check from schools and other organizations who don't use credit cards.

If you are buying for resale and need samples, please call our Customer Service Toll Free at 1-800-387-7814. The cost of samples is the quoted PRICE plus shipping and handling.
Do you need RUSH DELIVERY?
Our shopping cart allows for 2nd Day and Next Day shipping as well as standard FedEx. Simply choose your method of shipping and the cart will figure the costs to your region, based on the weight of the box.

You may return any items to Half Price Plush for whatever reason within 14 days of receipt of goods. Log into your HPP account and submit the simple Return Request OR call or email us to let us know you are unhappy with your purchase. Then ship the unwanted FULL case back to us with a copy of your packing slip. We will happily exchange your product or give you a refund for these items.
Shipping charges are not refundable on returned goods.
Half Price Plush ships your order as quickly as possible via FedEx Ground, usually in 1-3 business days.
We are happy to ship your order on your FedEx or UPS commercial collect account. Please type your collect account number in the customer comments box during check-out.

*Above rates are for commercial ship-to's. Residential rates are slightly higher due to FedEx's residential surcharge of $3 per carton. We pack orders into as few boxes as possible to minimize this charge. We are also happy to ship your order on your commercial UPS or FedEx Collect acct.

The above FedEx ground freight prices pertain only to orders shipped within the continental US. If we ship an order outside the continental US we will email actual shipping charges to you for your approval.
Half Price Plush offers shipping to all United States addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We also ship to Canadian addresses. P.O. Boxes and APO addresses will be serviced by the United States Postal Service.
Commercial Customers - we are happy to ship your order on your UPS or FedEx collect account. If you would like to take advantage of this please type your account number into the customer comments box at check-out.
Order Tracking and Delivery:
If you need your order by a certain date please tell us in the comments box as you are checking out. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to all customers who purchase through the website. Customers who call their order in will receive tracking numbers upon request.

Simply email us and tell us your order is being returned, then mail back the unwanted FULL case and be sure to include your name and address, whatever action (replacement or refund) and the credit card number (plus the expiration date and 3 digit code on the back) if a refund is required.
